Ruskovilla-Baby in Wool - 2018

Natural materials for a baby’s bottom Ruskovilla is a cloth nappy pioneer in Finland: In fact, Ruskovilla’s story began with cloth nappies back in 1981.

The core of Ruskovilla’s cloth nappies has two layers:

1. A moisture-absorbing inner layer consisting of cotton nappy cloth and a flannel or woollen middle nappy to increase absorption, with cotton pants to keep the nappy in place 2. A moisture-absorbing and breathable outer layer consisting of short or long-legged woollen nappy pants A triangular nappy or unfolded oblong nappy can be used from birth until around 6 months. When the child begins to move around, or a triangular nappy feels too small, change to oblong nappies . A flannel or woollen nappy can be used with newborns whenever you need additional absorption, such as for long periods of sleep. Older babies always need a middle nappy.
